Rights and responsibilities of the registered user

• User is responsible for reliability of performed information. In case the user submits incorrect payment details, he/she is responsible for all the consequences.
• User is fully responsible for settled transaction. In case transaction is completed and money is transferred to inside accounts of one of the users, it is impossible to cancel it.
• While depositing balance, user himself pays commission of payment systems.
• All responsibility for saving payment information (details) and passwords lies with user. In case of hacking suspicion or illegal usage of your account, you need to change passwords immediately and apply to customer support. For security, we also advise to cash out and not to keep passwords and other confidential information on the computer.
• User under registration automatically agrees to get notifications from the system to the email address or in a different way.
• User automatically agrees with (accepts) safety rules of Ezoex system and is obliged to follow them.
• User is obliged not to use system with a purpose of fraudulence or any other crime.
• User has a right to terminate the partnership unilaterally.

Using rules

• Withdrawal is performed in working time within 5-120 minutes.
• All transactions inside the system are settled without commissions and hidden payments.
• User fixes the exchange rate on his/her own, and is fully responsible for transaction settling.
• Personal account managing is performed through personal account page.
• To complete exchange user needs to deposit existing account in Ezoex system. After the transaction is settled, money is transferred to the identical account inside the system.
• Depositing of wallet on the platform is performed without system commission. User pays only commission EPS.

Responsibilities of Ezoex service

• Ezoex currency market is obliged to provide all its registered users with its platform.
• We will take all substantial steps in order to provide with transaction settlement.
• Ezoex currency market is obliged to keep anonymity of users in the process of transaction settlement.
• All money on the inside accounts of the system will be stored in the system till the request for withdrawal or exchange.
• We are responsible for timely informing users about changes of current rules with a help of mailing or any other way.
• Ezoex currency market is not responsible for closing electronic currency systems, and accordingly, doesn’t compensate funds, blocked on the inner account.
• All issues of concern are covered by Ezoex.
• In case of breaking the rules of Ezoex system, currency market has the right to unilaterally block the account .
